The company was formed in 1986 and started making fibreglass canopies in small premises in Pretoria Wes and in Pinetown and acquired another fibreglass canopy manufacturer in East London to boost production due to increased demand.
SA Canopy Centre bought Slipstream Fibreglass Products that manufactured fibreglass canopies and other specialized fibreglass products and the two companies amalgamated in 1997.In 2003 SA Canopy Centre merged with an associate company Phantom Industries.

Hi,
I am looking for a carry boy canopy to fit a double cab sang yong musso diesel bakkie s2. What is the cost and can I have it colour coded – mine is a metallic black. I also need the rails on so that my roof rack can be fitted. The canopy must be able to take a bit of weight and also lockable against theft. i would appreciate a response asap. I am in Vanderbijlpark.

Good Day, I have purchased a Mazda Drifter long wheel base bakkie from Upington with a Slip Stream Canopy, I have seen that there is a partial sticker showing that this canopy was fitted in Bloemfontien, however one of the sliding windows is not in the frame.

Good Day, I have purchased a 1998 Mazda Drifter long wheel base with a Slipstream Canopy fitted in Bloemfontein, one of the side sliding windows is missing and I need to replace it !.I am a Pensioner and I live in Meyerton, Gauteng.
